    "content": "Let us do it right! I will not take all the time. I am just saying that there is so much noise and concern about this country being able to support its activities. I want to say from the outset that this Parliament has a duty to help the Government of the day, whichever Government it is. We are talking about institutions to help our people. So, the Budget and Appropriations Committee needs to help with its constitutional mandate of budget-making and prioritizing things that we need.
