    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like the Assistant Minister to clarify. What I can see from his response is that he has concentrated a lot on issues of sexual violence. I would like to know whether he was responding to issues of sexual violence or he was responding to issues of domestic violence. Those are very distinct, unless he is telling me, that of the cases he received, husbands were sexually abusing their wives and wives were sexually abusing their husbands! Mr. Speaker, Sir, I feel that he has not answered my Question. Could he, please, clarify whether the figures that he has given of 1,061 relate to husbands beating their wives or wives beating their husbands, or boyfriends beating their girlfriends and vice- versa, but not cases of sexual violence? Could he clarify whether that is the case?"
