Speaker, pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2)(c), I wish to request a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives regarding Government programmes for establishing and equipping fish processing plants throughout the country, particularly in Nyatike District and other districts along the shore of Lake Victoria.
