    "content": "As I visited most of our schools especially during recess, I noted that there is a lot of increase in enrolment, which is good. But, the problem is as much as we are building classrooms using CDF and other funding, we cannot really enhance quality of education, if we do not employ more teachers. Therefore, I urge the Government to really look at putting more funding into recruitment of more teachers."
