    "content": "Therefore, in short and as I conclude, what I am saying is that I will only support this Bill with certain amendments which I am going to propose. Unless the Bill gives convincing reasons as to why it has departed from the recommendations of CRA, then the least we can do as a House is to go by the recommendations of CRA. That is what I am saying."
