    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Deputy Speaker. I was wondering whether those university students could not be considered on the basis of admission numbers. That is because it is unique to each individual. It is clear that, as they join the university, they will attain the correct age and then be able to get the IDs. With your permission, hon. Deputy Speaker, I wish to acknowledge the presence of a number of students from my constituency, specifically from a good secondary school which is performing very well, Nyambaria High School. I am happy that they are present. They have found us discussing a subject that touches on their future. I wish that they will feel encouraged that their future is properly catered for and that, as they work very hard, their future is guaranteed. I am happy that they are visiting us at this point in time."
