    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support and in so doing, I wish to point out that this is to comply with the constitutional requirement. Without saying much and analyzing from what the Majority Leader has said, and also by sending this Bill to the Committee, we will allow public participation in time for the Budget. I, however, do not agree that our recess should be eleven days so that we can be back here. It is an issue we will deal with at the end of the session today. We must come back after Easter."
