    "content": "the answers for this country. He has this country at heart. A Member said here that there are answers that lie elsewhere. We only know His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta. We have full confidence in him about where he wants to take Kenya. We saw in his Speech commitment to the Constitution and most importantly to devolution. However, we know, as Kenyans, that the spirit of devolution was not to create mini kingdoms or some kings. It was to take services nearer to the people. I think that is what needs to be upheld by all, including those who work at the county level. We need to see more in terms of getting services closer to our people. The President also mentioned the commitment of this country to international obligations. We know that the President and his Deputy President are co-operating with an international court. At present, they are represented at The Hague. This is a show of commitment towards international obligations. Our wish, however, is to ensure that our President engages in treaties and international obligations that add value to this country. What we are seeing in the ICC cannot pass even for a lower court trial here in Kenya. We urge Ms. Bensouda to just drop the charges and allow our President work for us."
