    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to speak to the President’s Address to Parliament. I would like to say that I want to congratulate the President first of all for merely addressing himself to the letter of the Constitution, which requires him to present a report to this House every year; that he did. Having said that, I would like to point out that his Address and report more or less disclose more failures than really successes and this is the unfortunate bit. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, on my part I think I want to earnestly beseech the President and his advisers to relook at this issue of the laptops. I believe that children of this country who are in our primary schools would be better served if we built a The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
