When we look at the appointment of parastatal heads, women are not featuring in their fair share. Just give them 30 per cent if you really like women. But if you hate women, proceed the way you do and in 2017, they will be voting with CORD. It shows that this Government is not committed to our young people. It looks like it hates our young people. This Government has failed to move Kshs6 billion into accounts at the constituency level. It is a fact. How hard can that be for a Government to move to the Uwezo Fund accounts, so that we can start giving people money at the local level in all constituencies as we promised them? I will wrap up with talking about security. We were told that 1,200 new vehicles have been hired, but the truth we were not told is that 900 police vehicles lie unrepaired, unmaintained and out of service. Why buy 1,200 new vehicles when 900 are sitting there and lack minor repairs? We are cheating ourselves. If we maintained the 900 vehicles and added 1,200 vehicles, we would have 2,100 vehicles and then we would be serious about security. Can we get, out of those 1,200 vehicles, at least, three to Kibra Constituency?"
