    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I thank you for giving me the opportunity to also contribute to the Motion on the Presidential Speech. I would like to thank him for coming here to give the Speech. However, I feel that there are lots of shortcomings in his Speech, especially regarding the Nyumba Kumi initiative. He did not elaborate what Nyumba Kumi actually entails. In my village nyumba kumi is a homestead of one person. So, it is important that the Jubilee Government understands what NyumbaKumi is. I am a grandfather of paramount Chief Mumia. So, when you talk of NyumbaKumi you are actually saying that we should spy amongst ourselves."
