    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, with the kind of underfunding we have, we may not be able to justify if the security agents are equal to the task. If they were funded to the fullest then we can understand that they are not equal to the task. I was very happy when the President commented on women leadership. This was confirming to this House and my immediate neighbour here, hon. Langat, that Article 100 mandates this House to promote the leadership of women, youth, persons with disabilities and minority groups."
