    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would first like to inform my colleague that the Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces of this Republic is very much awake and alert. He is just not a war monger. It is much easier for people to expect this country or any other country to go to war, but it is not easy to stop the war once it starts. Secondly, the road map as to whether we can go to the AU or the UN Security Council will be dictated by whether we have agreed or disagreed with the Ugandan Government on the matter which is seizing us."
