    "content": "What I am addressing myself to is a scenario where the ruling which has been done in this House closes the window for the House to make amendment on recommendation by the Committee, so we want to keep the window of the Committee open. If the Bill is still intact, we will treat it as a Bill that has not gone into the Third Reading. Standing Order No.134 is the only way for us to get out of Committee at this stage. So, I agree with you but it must be understood that we never went into the Third Reading."
