    "content": "Hon. Members, my attention has been drawn to the fact that committees have expressed confusion, on how to deal with issues of regulations. I do appreciate that the Statutory Instruments Act, which was passed at the tail end of the 10th Parliament, might not be familiar to very many Members. Therefore, we will be issuing a communication on how this matter should be dealt with particularly, the matter of the National Transport and Safety Authority (Operations of Public Service Vehicles) Regulation, 2014, so that we can proceed from a position of knowledge and guidance."
