    "content": "(i) Government guiding policy and strategic operation concerning fish farming programmes and sensitization of county authorities, including Members of Parliament, among other leaders; (i) provide a list indicating the number of fish ponds earmarked for every constituency in the country and clarify whether the Government will provide fingerlings and extension officers to every constituency; (ii) marketing procedures for fish and fish products so that this noble programme is not ruined by losses due to poor avenues of selling the produce locally and abroad; and (iii) measures or marketing procedures and strategies put in place by the Government to ensure that fish being produced in regions where there are no fish eaters reaches the market in time."
