"content": "I will not expect the Chairperson to do what hon. Midiwo has just done because he has had all the time under the sun to come up with a comprehensive request for a Statement. But I would advise the hon. Midiwo to appear before the Committee when the Cabinet Secretary is invited because he has raised a very important issue. But if it comes as a supplementary request to what hon. Otaalo is requesting, it will not receive the necessary response. It will only be one that is available on record, as requested by the hon.
