    "content": "I am sorry. I regret, hon. Speaker. I was absent for some part of last week and I thought it had been debated. I am saying that if we are proceeding on the same set of facts, we should not fear a situation where all Committees are dealing with the matter because they will come to the same decision. Where the Chair is of the view that there could be thinking that could lead us into separate reports then the various Committees concerned should come together as joint Committees and deal with the issue. They should not say that they want to limit how much a Committee can deal with the matter falling within their limit."
