A Cabinet Secretary cannot spend the whole day in Parliament, seven days a week over the same issue. We cannot allow that to happen. It is bad when it is CORD. It is bad when it is Jubilee. It is bad when it is all of us. We must agree to that fact. The issue of Chairpersons of Parliamentary Committees intimidating the Executive is in the public domain. We have discussed it. Out of decorum, I do not want to name a colleague even though I know it."
