    "content": "We are following the Standing Orders and your instructions. In Standing Order No.216, we are instructed to investigate on all matters that relate to Ministries, within our jurisdiction. I would also like to point out that there are times when two letters have gone to the Executive at the same time and my Committee on Health may have been a victim of this. We wrote a letter to a certain parastatal and at the same time, we realized that another letter on the same matter had been sent by PIC. Since the matter is being handled, I do not see why it should now become a subject of discussion, when it has already been corrected."
