    "content": "If an issue is purely on health or on matters of normal daily running, then it becomes interesting for PIC to also pick it up. If a Committee is in the course of investigating a matter and at the same time they realize what they are trying to follow up is disregarded, the Chair has an opportunity to inform the parastatal that they are working on that matter. This may have happened within some of the Committees and when the Committee on Health is touched, I should also stand and defend our position."
