Speaker, having had the privilege and advantage of listening to many contributions from my colleagues, I realize there are two key issues that we are confronted with this afternoon. First is efficiency in terms of managing our affairs as a House and also the efficiency on the part of the Executive. Secondly, it is the mandate of the Committees. Very quickly because a lot has been said, I would be very reluctant to advocate a situation where more than one Committee investigates the same issue.
