    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I was contributing to the Motion before we adjourned, I wanted to touch on the issue of the wage bill. One of our concerns in the Budget Policy Paper was the issue of the wage bill. I must say that the debate that is ongoing is very healthy and we look forward to keeping the fire burning so that we can give our views. This will go a long way in helping or in the formulation of the policy that will finally and conclusively address or mitigate the issues of the wage bill."
