    "content": "The other thing that I looked at in this Report that brings in a very positive way is that there is decreasing interest rate parity also in terms of deposits and lending and I think that is also good for our economy. However, I think the most important thing that we need to look at, and I am glad this Committee mentioned it, are the opportunities that we have as a country. One of the opportunities that is glaring at us and has gone through this House is the sovereign borrowing for our nation. If you look today, we have passed a budget that encompasses a sovereign bond that should have been floated to help our Budget. I want to say that, that is a good opportunity that we should support as a House and as a country because if that were to happen in our country, there are obvious benefits if we start floating sovereign bonds outside this country."
