    "content": "Having said that, I am looking at the second pillar which talks about investing in agricultural transformation and food security, including opening up, at least, one million acres; new land under irrigation in order to expand food supply and reduce food prices and to bring down the cost of living; support expansion of crop processing industries and spur export growth and support other sectors such as manufacturing. It has been estimated that if we can irrigate one million acres, then it shall be possible for our country to produce, at least, eight million tonnes of food. That is more than we need."
