In fact, all that you may wish to say at this point in time before this beautiful country is that you want to propose some adjustments. But you cannot call them anomalies. A Constitution is a live document. It is living. Above all, I would like to say that in interpreting it, and I am now addressing this to my learned friend hon. Karua; in interpreting, she must treat it as a living document, not as a document whose live is dead and will not move."
