I just want to know the following: When will those legal and policy guidelines be replaced and what will happen to those students, like the ones that hon. Gichigi has talked about? I mean the ones who dropped out of school because they could not manage to pay school fees which was so much. For instance, the ones who were admitted to national or county schools this year?"
