    "content": "The Ministry, through their circular Ref.No.PR14070 dated 14th July, 2009, addressed to all the then Provincial Directors of Education directed all school heads to respect the wearing of Hijab, that is the head gear by female Muslim pupils and students in all public schools. This was in response to complaints from Muslim Women Rights to the then Provincial Director of Education, Coast Province. The stand of the Ministry on these directives has never changed."
