I hope that the National Security Council (NSC) in considering the provisions of Section 240(8)(a) and also Section 240(6)(b) where they are also supposed to assess and appraise objectives, commitments and risks to the Republic in respect of actual and potential national security capabilities--- I say that because, already, we have a mouthful. We already have our KDF in Somalia. We have seen the backlash. We hope that now when we send troops to South Sudan, we will not have a backlash like we had in Somalia."
