    "content": "If you look at the objectives of the AU, you will find that one of the key objectives under Article 3 of the constitutive Act of the AU is to defend the sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of member states. Another objective is to promote and protect human rights and people’s rights in accordance with the African Charter on people’s rights and other relevant human rights instruments. There can be no greater right than the right to life and the right to security."
