Deputy Speaker, in the same spirit, the mediation process should be given time instead of establishing a judicial commission of inquiry that will run concurrently, especially with the current austerity measures. Further, a team consisting of representatives drawn from the Government, line Ministries, Marsabit County Government and humanitarian organisations operating in the county is profiling internally displaced persons and developing a data-bank to capture the names of the affected households, names of family members and their national identity card numbers. The data-bank also states the nature of loss experienced by people affected by the conflicts, a profile of houses and public facilities burnt and/or destroyed. That has also been developed. I wish to table a summary of the profile and the hon. Member has that tabulation."
