First, in order to enlist the support of Parliament and everybody or all Kenyans in trying to find a solution to this conflict and secondly, in order to attract other donors or well-wishers both nationally and internationally, that is why we sought for this declaration. Unless somebody says that there is no need, the circumstances are such that it is necessary that, that declaration must be made.
