    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I would also want to seek a clarification from the Chair on two issues. One, for a Government to make a decision to disarm the KPRs from our end, it is a clear manifestation that the threat is not from across the border. Has the Government identified the inter-clan leaders who might be fueling the problem on our side? Two, who are funding the conflict? That is because the people must be funded to do what they are doing? Unless that is identified and proper action in terms of prosecuting and taking the people to court is done, then it will be “musical chairs”."
