    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I think the amendment is good and it makes the clarification clear. The problem is that Section 41 of the current Constitution does not deal with that. So, we have to get an amendment to say “the former Constitution or retired Constitution.” But I think both amendments are useful."
