    "content": "I think that is perfectly in order. You know there is a mechanism that is being worked on at the moment on how Cabinet Secretaries can come and respond to issues. It is not yet in place, but on the question of the Committee calling the Cabinet Secretary, I think the Chairman has already said that he will do that. He will also invite hon. Duba, who sought this Statement, everybody interested in this matter and all the leaders in that area. As you have already indicated, this is a national issue. But we do not want to belabour the point. If the Cabinet Secretary is going to be there with all the other security personnel then we can allow you to have that meeting. Please, make sure that they are informed in time, so that they appear for the meeting. The problem is that a lot of Members are not informed when the Cabinet Secretaries are appearing before the Committees; that is why we have a lot of questions being raised on the Floor. If we could have the Members asking Cabinet Secretaries questions directly, we would not be having these questions being raised on the Floor.
