The former boundaries commission is defined in the Bill itself and the issue that the second amendment was going to address can be sorted out once we move to the Fifth Schedule because it is going to be an editorial issue. This amendment refers to Part One of the Fifth Schedule. If the Fifth Schedule becomes a new Fifth Schedule and Part One no longer deals with that, then we should be able to handle it through editorial or other amendments at that point."
