The point of convergence seems to be this: First of all, the hon. Member for Seme has accepted to drop his amendments. Number two is that there is a agreement that the person to approve should be the Cabinet Secretary. The only small difference, which the hon. Member for Tongaren may want to address us on, is whether your amendment takes care of the question of equipment. If that is taken care of then both of your amendments will be dropped and we will consider the amendment by the Chair. Member for Tongaren, just help the Member for Seme; do you think your amendment takes care of equipment? That is the only issue that I want you to speak to."
