I want the House to be cautious and agree with the Committee because we have consulted and the Committee has both sides of the political divide. On supply of water drilling services, this is a service that is provided by the Government. On supply of rural electrification, this is a service that we all know is supplied by the Government and, therefore, there is no need of exempting what the Government has already provided.
