Langat, for the clarification he has given on the taxes that were initially put on sugarcane. I also want to add that already companies are levying VAT on sugarcane. This is what has contributed to debit income that the farmers have been earning. Could the Chairman go a notch higher and insist that the VAT that has already been deducted, now that he has clarified that it was not supposed to have been levied, be refunded to farmers?"
