We have considered the amendments proposed by the Member for Mbita as well as the amendments proposed by the Member for Kipkelion. It is the view of the Chair that the amendments by the Member for Mbita and the Member for Kipkelion are substantially similar to the amendments proposed by the sponsor of the Bill, in which case, if therefore, the amendment by hon. Sakaja were upheld, then the amendments proposed by the Member for Mbita or Kipkelion would have been taken care of."
