"content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4 of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragraph (c) by deleting the words âusing appropriate technologies and approachesâ appearing after the words âconstituencies and wardsâ and substituting therefor the words âin accordance with the Constitutionâ; (b) in paragraph (l) by inserting the words âpursuant to Article 157(12) of the Constitutionâ at the end of that paragraph; and (c) by inserting a new paragraph after paragraph (l) as follows- â(lA) the use of appropriate technology and approaches in the performance of its functions.â"
