Temporary Deputy Speaker and thank you again for observing rules and procedures but sometimes it will be very nice to indulge Members, especially using your discretion in Standing Order No.1. What we were really trying to do was to save time but instead we have actually ended up spending and not wasting because in Parliament we cannot waste time, but we have ended up using that time in activities that would, otherwise have been used another time. So, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, to help us save time more I am requesting hon. Sakaja to please adopt my amendments because I have another committee meeting in the Committee Stage. Thank you."
