    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the teacher appeared before the TSC Disciplinary Board but he felt that he was not given a fair hearing. Therefore, he requested, through me, whether he can appear before the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology, to shed some light on his case. Therefore, could Mr. Mwiti Alfred be allowed to appear before the Committee? His last resort is the Committee of Parliament. That is because he has been listened to by the Board of Management of the school and the TSC but still, he feels that he is being served with an injustice."
