    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker Sir. Pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2) (c), I wish to request a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing concerning the status of ongoing roads projects. Most of the roads projects being funded by the Kenya National Highways Authority (KENHA) and Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KERRA) have stalled and in particular Gatundu-Karinga Fly Over Road project. In his Statement, the Chairperson should inquire into and report on:- (i) when the project is expected to be fully completed; and (ii) why the project has stalled since December, 2013.
