    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Speaker. I want to say upfront that I support this amendment because it will allow us get proceeds from anything that we float abroad. I want to say that this is in anticipation of what we did in our Budget. I hope hon. Members will remember that we did pass a Budget that incorporates some proceeds from sovereign bonds that we are supposed to float abroad.
