    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I had earlier made a suggestion as I felt like the others, that the amendment is inadequate. I propose that we should actually tie this to a specific senior officer in Government. I said the Principal Secretary and I was told that this is provided for in the main Act. If I can be assured that actually there is the provision that no other officer within Treasury will make this payment, then it will be good. I would like that to be clearly stated."
