    "content": "If what my learned friend is saying holds, then we will have a lot of problems with the other Commissions. For example, there is the National Police Service Commission (NPSC). If the NPSC were now to take upon themselves to execute the functions of the Inspector-General, then I do not know what type of police force we will have. There must be a delineation of the responsibility of that NPSC and the Inspector- General and the two deputies that they have."
