    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I was supposed to move a Procedural Motion but after hon. Mutava Musyimi withdrew his Motion, and after consulting hon. Keynan – who indicated that he was not ready to move debate on all his three Reports, and having indicated yesterday that the Chairperson of the Mediation Committee on the County Governments (Amendment) Bill agreed that we do this when the Senate is in session, I realised that the only Motion that remains for me after the Committee of the whole House is the one appearing on the last page of the Order Paper; the one under the provisions of Standing Order No.28, or the Motion for Adjournment of the House."
