"content": "Thank you hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, for giving me a chance to contribute to this very important Bill. I support the withdrawal of that amendment. We do not want to subject our professionals in the police force to people who do not know anything about the profession. I support the amendment proposed by the MP for Marakwet so that we have a body that makes decisions for the police force. I am sure, if we implement this provision, our police force will be much more effective and some of the problems we have seen today, we will not see them again. I support.
