    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 17 be amended by deleting subsection (1) of the proposed new section 21 and substituting therefor the following new subsection- (i) There is established a Service Board which shall consist of the Inspector-General, the two Deputy Inspectors-General, the Director of Criminal Investigation Department and the head of human resource of the Service. We proposed this so that the establishment of the Service Board and the inclusion of the head of human resource shall ensure efficiency of the board in discharging its duties and mandate."
